NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR, Khatulistiwa news (05/05) - Ensuring the security of the ASEAN Summit next week, the chief of Indonesian Defence Forces (TNI) Admiral Yudo Margono arrived at Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara, Friday (5/5/23).
Upon arrival at Komodo International Airport, the Admiral Yudo Margono accompanied by high-level officials from the TNI Headquarters were welcomed by The Army Regional Commander IX/Udayana and several TNI Officials.
As planned, The Chief of TNI will inspect all security measures which have been set up in all venues such as airport, hotels, public space and the routes which will be passed by head of states and delegations.
In addition, the Indonesian Defence Forces have deployed 9.428 personnels and 162 most sophisticated military vehicles to safeguard the heads of state and their delegations attending the Summit on 10-11 May in Labuan Bajo East Nusa Tenggara.(Niko)
